The Rev. Robert Allan Blair Jr. is Minister at the Historic All Peoples Christian Church. He graduated with a BFA from Chapman University in 2000. Then he was called to Seminary, where he attended Claremont Theological Seminary from 2014 to 2017, where he received his M.Div. Reverend Blair has a passion for social justice, and believes All People should be welcome at the table. Reverend Blair also heads the Q&A (Queer and Affirming) Ministry at First Christian Church Orange. Robert and his husband Michael have been married for ten years, have two dogs (Lukas and Jake), and cannot wait to meet you Sundays at 10:45am at All Peoples! Where ALL truly means ALL!
Art Scott was born in Hyattsville, MD and is the eldest of 4 boys and 1 girl. He began studying music in 1961 and has been involved in church music since 1971 through playing piano/organ/keyboard/Choir/Praise & Worship Director. He offers a passion for all types of music including old hymns, gospel, jazz, contemporary Christian Music, Sacred and Classical genres, instruments and vocals.
Art graduated from Liberty University in 1980 with a BS in Music Education. At Liberty, Art travelled extensively with 2 groups, 14 vocalists 1975-80; 500+ church concerts, 35 states. Art made California his permanent home in 1980. Art's television experience includes The Old Time Gospel Hour and The Hour of Power (Robert Schueller, Crystal Cathedral, 30 years as a guest accompanist).
Michael Morton, flautist and former APCC Musician is a dear friend. Because of Michael's influence, Art finished his MS Mental Health Counseling @ Walden University, 2015. His goal is to become licensed as a counselor in CA and offer services to autistic children / families through music, art and dance.
Planning great music for worship is one of his fortes. Art is blessed to be a part of APCC and looks forward to years of ministry.
